LINSTOW BALTIC HAS AN APPROVED BUILDING DESIGN FOR THE AMBITIOUS SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS

The final approval of Satekles Biznesa Centrs building design was issued by the City Development Department of Riga City Council to Linstow Baltic on January 3. The ambitious office complex will be located in the neighborhood of the Riga Central Railway Station and the Origo One business center between Elizabetes, Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša, Satekles and Dzirnavu streets.

The future 12,000 m2 Satekles Biznesa Centrs office complex will consist of five interconnected buildings, integrating also two buildings of the city’s cultural historical heritage. The main building will have seven floors and the company AS SEB banka has already become its anchor tenant, intending to move its head office to these premises.

We are pleased that the solution developed by the partnership SN&L (SARMA & NORDE Arhitekti and Lauder Architects), which fully corresponded to our vision of the development of a sustainable business center in the city center, has received permission for its further implementation also from the capital’s development supervisory institutions. This is an excellent confirmation that Linstow Baltic’s strategic vision of how to further develop the area around the Riga Central Railway Station is in line with Riga’s vision and ambitions in creating a modern and sustainable urban environment. At the same time, Linstow Baltic stresses that the City Development Department of Riga City Council is highly appreciated for the introduction of the principle of the green corridor in practice, which constitutes significant support for real estate project developers.

It has already been reported that the innovative Satekles Biznesa Centrs project envisages combining the highest quality standards and excellent sustainability solutions, thus creating a modern working environment for both office employees and visitors. At the same time, the very convenient location of the Satekles Biznesa Centrs with access to all types of public transport, shopping centers, hotels, various entertainment options and other daily services available in the immediate vicinity of the complex will provide tenants with advantages on the Baltic and, after the implementation of Rail Baltica, on the European scale as well.
