Leading the way towards a greener future in the real estate industry!

We are proud to announce that the upcoming building of Satekeles Biznesa Centrs, which will accommodate SEB bank’s head office in Latvia, has obtained BREEAM Design stage certificate with the targeted level “Outstanding”.

The obtained score is 89.9%, which is 4.9% higher than the threshold for “Outstanding”. There’s no other building in Latvia with such a BREEAM score so far. BREEAM is the world’s leading science-based suite of validation and certification systems for sustainable built environment.

Our appreciation to everyone helping to prepare the design and feeding in the necessary proofs during the certification process – architects and engineers from Sarma & Norde Arhitekti and Lauder Architects offices, H2E interior architects, Forma 2, SEB bank, Colliers Latvia, Bukoteks and the assessors team from SEES (Lithuania), in particular.
