Main tenant “SEB Bank” welcomes visitors at “SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS”

Today, August 18, “SEB Bank” client service center “Elizabete” opens to the public in the newly developed Class A office complex “SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS”, making the facility accessible to a wider audience. This marks the “SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS” as a strategically important part of the “Riga Central Business District” development, further reinforcing its position as one of the leading business centers in both Riga and the Baltic region.

For several years now, “Linstow Baltic” has played a leading role in the development of the “Riga Central Business District”, delivering sustainable and long-term significant projects – from the expansion of the “Origo” shopping center to the creation of the Class A office building “Origo One”. “SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS” is the next strategic development stage, which will further strengthen the potential and competitiveness of the district in the long term, consolidating Riga’s position as one of the leading business hubs in the Baltics. “SEB bank” has begun relocating to its new premises at “SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS” – as of today, the “Elizabete” customer service centre, previously located at Vaļņu Street 11, has commenced operations.

As of today, “SEB Bank” new client service center “Elizabete” has opened its doors, and nearly 200 of our colleagues have also started working in the new premises. We are beginning the relocation with customer service in the new location, while the full team is planned to move in by September. The new “SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS” is a vital component of the “Riga Central Business District”. The Class A office complex consists of three interconnected buildings, including a historic wooden structure that has been integrated into the project while preserving its original architectural character. The complex is equipped with energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable technologies that improve both resource efficiency and tenant well-being.

“SEB Bank” serves as the anchor tenant, while an additional 2,200 m² of office and commercial space remains available for other tenants, offering flexible layouts from 120 to 400 m² per floor. This enables businesses of various sizes to operate in central Riga within an environmentally friendly, technologically advanced, and employee-oriented workplace.

Thanks to its strategic location adjacent to the main multimodal public transport hub and the upcoming main Rail Baltica station in Riga, “SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS” provides excellent connectivity on both local and international levels. The complex is situated within the block bordered by Elizabetes, Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša, Dzirnavu, and Satekles streets, seamlessly integrating into the vibrant environment of “Riga Central Railway Station”, the “Origo One” business center, and the “Origo” shopping center.

The development of “SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS” meets the highest standards of architecture, quality, and sustainability, offering a modern, user-friendly environment for both employees and visitors. Demonstrating its compliance with top-tier quality benchmarks and outstanding sustainability solutions, the project has received international recognition under the BREEAM building certification system for its design stage – achieving the only “Outstanding” rating of its kind in Latvia at the time. The same high-level certification is targeted upon the building’s completion.

The Class A office complex “SATEKLES BIZNESA CENRS” is developed by “Linstow Baltic”, one of the leading real estate developers in the Baltics. The architectural design and author supervision were carried out by the partnership “SN&L” (“Sarma & Norde Architects and Lauder Architects”). Construction began in March 2023 and commissioning was completed in June 2025. Construction works were carried out by the general contractor “Bukoteks” Ltd., with project supervision provided by the engineering consultancy team “Forma 2” Ltd.
