SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS receives BDCC recognition, reinforcing the project’s quality and the team’s professional excellence

SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS, the Class A office complex developed by Linstow Baltic, has received another prestigious industry recognition. At the Building Design and Construction Council (BDCC) competition "Women in Architecture, Construction and Design 2025", Senior Project Manager Rūta Vilsone was honoured for her outstanding achievements in the "Facilitator of construction process" category, while the project's architect Rita Laudere - Co-owner, Lead Architect and Interior Designer at Lauder Architects, received the award in the " Facilitator of Architecture" category.

The awards recognise their outstanding professional contribution to construction process management and their role in delivering high-quality, sustainable and future-oriented development projects.

This latest recognition adds to SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS growing list of achievements and reinforces the project's exceptional quality and high professional standards, made possible through dedicated teamwork and close collaboration throughout every stage of its development. The project has become a leading example of how sustainable architecture; high construction standards and a forward-looking development approach can create the business environment of the future in the Riga Central Business District.

As one of Latvia's most significant next-generation Class A office developments, SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS plays a key role in the continued transformation of the Riga Central Business District, supporting its emergence as one of the leading business and financial districts in the Baltics. The project has already received both national and international recognition, including the BREEAM Outstanding certification with the highest BREEAM score in the Baltics, setting a new benchmark for quality and sustainability in office development across the region.

For the past ten years, the "Women in Architecture, Construction and Design" competition has recognised outstanding professionals whose work has made a significant contribution to the advancement of Latvia's architecture, construction and design industries. The competition is organised by Gunita Jansone and Agrita Lūse of the Building Design and Construction Council (BDCC). This year's awards ceremony took place at Vecauce Palace, honouring 43 professionals across six award categories.
